Upstairs there are three bedrooms

and a bathroom.

The master bedroom is at the front and has a double bed, with bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, dressing table and chair.  

There are two back bedrooms, one has bunk beds and a built in wardrobe, the other has a single bed and small wardrobe which has hanging space on one side and shelves on the other.

All the bedrooms and landing have fully fitted carpets and radiators.

The bathroom has a bath, over bath electric shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and vinyl flooring.  There is a velux window in the ceiling to let in natural light and a fitted cupboard with mirror front with a light and shaving point above it.  The bathroom is lit by recessed lighting.

Cottage - upstairs

Outdoors:  There is a communal path, which runs along the back of the cottage.  Each cottage in the row has its own sitting area at the back along this and there is an opening between the out buildings to a large garden area with off-road parking for one car, which is accessed via a side driveway from a side road.
