Ground Floor: There is a large lounge with a dining area: Electric fire, sofa, two armchairs, dining table, dining chairs, bookcase with selection of books, colour TV. There is also a phone which allow incoming calls.
Fully fitted and equipped Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge (with icebox), washing machine, stainless steel sink with mixer taps. The kitchen is light and spaceous with a breakfast area and opens out onto a seating area at the back. There is room for one car at the back of the property, which is accessed by the side road.
